How do i find out if i successfully whistled a submission.

The only way to check is to check the flash you whistled again and see if it's been flagged.
And no, there's no way to check your whistle points.

You would know if you flagged it correctly if you know it broke any of the rules and you flagged it thus.
And as for the knowing if it was blammed part, just check the obituaries.

Or if you saved the link of the flash (To check back later to see if it was flagged) it would just show the obituary page and not the marked for administrative review page.
