This has probably been done already so don't give me grief for re-doing it if one did exist.
Anyway, Would you like to share with Newgrounds your favourite song on this website? Here's mine - GoreBastard - Flowing Carpet - I think it totally rocks!

Thanks Sticktorture, and you too Speedmetal... I have a lot of favourites, but can't remember them all:
Army of Darkness Grindcore by CasketGrind. All of his music is fucking brutal. ALL OF IT!
Fucken Grind by Jarrydn. A short one, but brutal as fuck.
Abyss 901 part 1 Redone By Sticktorture_United. Melodic Solo 1 rules too.
Killer Instinct Gargos Theme By Demon_Slayer12 was awesome. I liked the first that he recorded better than the remake he did.
Fire Storm by Gorgoroth. Heavy as fuck.
Rid of Waste - Burnt Pantera style shouting
Ghost of my love By Mikeyleevaren, the best (in my opinion) guitarist on Newgrounds, and my favourite audio submitter.
Now for some non metal tunes!
She was Dreaming in the Rain by TenchuX. It kicks ass.
Lol @ Pen0r By Happyleetghost. Lol @ Pen0r
Space Rangers By my Brother Gaz_Metal. It is the best.........
Can't think of anymore yet. They rule though

Just one? I got a few...
Norfair Remix (don't know who made it though)
Ellipses by Admiral Conquistador
I Like Machines by Rucklo
Wilted Dreams by PaNdOrA TraNquil
Strikebeam
And the song for Walk-Smash-Walk. Too bad he didn't put it in the audio portal. I had to record it using Goldwave.
These songs are some of the things that made me interested in wanting to make my own music, so congratulations to the authors of these. You all inspired me. Now I just need to get good enough to make music of my own.

none of the NG artists inspired me to make music in the first place, but favourite tracks
Sadmachine - Weeksy
Beating Up the weakest - Rucklo
SWiTch is good, the guy needs a full band tho if he hasnt got one.
Fleets - Admiral Conquistador
anyone else who i've told that i like, no offence but these are the artists i heard first that i remember.
As much as he is irritating, pandora has done some good work, though nothing particularly sticks in my head.
Regarding something else entirely, one of my favourite types of music is seemingly unavailable. No i'm not talking about Loungecore-deathmetal, tho i'm waiting for that.
I'm talkin bout ragga mon, where the fuck is it?

Extracy(a.k.a. Sonic Eclipse) - Ion Storm, Acceptance, Dreamrave... it goes on. I love this guy. Those are my 3 favorites.
Kingbastard - Weeksysamusements
Paragon - Defcon zero
Dreamscaper - Miniature fantasy
Admiral Conquistador - Implications(I love me)
I can't believe I got mentioned for favorite songs...

You and (a few) other people have gotten the wrong impression of me.
1. I dont have an ego, i know when artists are better than me and i respect it.
2. I am not predegious of people who use Acid Pro, im predegious of those who use nothing but loops to compose a song.
4. Im a nice guy, and even if I thought to MYSELF that I was better than someone at music, I would never say so (and mean it seriously)
5. when I use l337 speak, you should DEFINATELY be able to tell im joking (aka. I pwn u noob!) The reason i dont say j/k after every......single......joke.... is because you should be able to tell im not that kind of person.
6. yes i know there is no step 3.
7. yes i know step 6 isnt really a step
8. neither is 7.
goto step 6

Lol ok, i'll play nice now, just be aware of the image you convey. Every musician is up their own arse to an extent, other wise they wouldnt have the faith to play or write.....
but you appeared so far up you needed a toothbrush on a bargepole.
Ripping music people make from loops - yes, it is lazy in skilled people, to an extent, but recognise that peoples heads work in different ways. I found remixing other peoples work to be fun and useful, finding out what i could do within the constraints of the actual sounds, before i started using synth etc. It could equally be said to be lazy when "remixing" to write you're own part instead of digging through your entire collection of songs to find something that fits. Different people, different skills.
I just find it silly when fans of programmes argue with each other without even considering that they are different, used for different things. For example, "fl is shit because you can only make trance on it" or "acid is shit, (because i'm dumb and dont know how to use it) because it sux0rs."
Also, much as you rip loops, professionals WILL use pro loop collections to make tracks, artists making backing tracks for rap etc, as its more efficient than blending together 5 different synth sounds from scratch. Its just easier in some ways to hear a sound and say "thats nice, i'm havin that"
Well, you seem to have grown up a bit since i first saw you, so good luck with the music.

I use Acid :D.
Unfortunately, it's mixer routing and midi capabilites are atrocious...so im moving on to cubase SX :)

I see nothing wrong with the mixing, and as for the midi? Can you let me know just whats wrong with them, as i would like better software if i knew what the problems were.

The major oversight with Acid is that you only have one single stereo output bus (or 5 channels if you set it up for surround), and that's about it. It doesn't support multiple outputs for VSTi's such as Battery and Edirol orchestral, which means that you can't apply VST effects to a single sample, it has to be applied to the whole instrument (which isn't a problem with Cubase SX, because it gives you heaps of outputs for virtual instruments).
And the midi is horrible. Especially program, bank and channel changes. Cubase handles all this stuff alot easier.
And Acid has always crashed every 5 minutes or so on my system, which really messes with my creative flow :P
