German without a doubt, almost everything sounds violent if you say it in German, read the lyrics to a laibach or rammstein song and they arent even that aggressive but in german it sounds totally violent, German is just an aggressive sounding language.

One of the funniest things to yell in German is ICH LIEBE DICH! (I`m not sure if my spelling is correct there, sorry if it isn`t!)
It means I love you, but when yelled it sounds like you`re telling someone that you`ll kill them or something.

If some small angry looking japanese guy screamed at you "aww, what a cute puppy!!!" unless you understand what he just said, you'd think he'd said something aggressive like "1000 years of pain, you filthy gaijin!!!". So I think any language can sound aggressive if used right, except french, because the concept of a french person not surrendering is just silly.
Arabic, seriously it sounds as if they are screaming at eachother. But a friend of my mom, learnt Arabic and she says that the women only talk about sex.

The lanuguage in itself is not aggressive it is the way the speak and enunciate the words that make it sound that they are screaming at you.
