i need help streaming in the net

for some reason i cant view certain movies and stuff while streaming like in an earlier fourm someone posted a link to his animation everyone else could see it but i couldent
is it the way my internet settings are saved or what

i need help

You need to make sure that your browser is set up to view streaming media. You also have to make sure that you have that media component installed on your computer (like if it's a quicktime file, or windows media file)
