Is this considered stealing?

Well the user X-Zile submitted the flash called Torture Chamber. Of you look at the bottom right of the flash it says "Actionscripting and FLA by Namzorg." All the user did was submit it and slapped his name on it. Is that considered Flash Theft?

i think so i have that same jumping engine on my comp and it's easy to just slap your name on it(cuase i did) but i never submitted it i was just seeing if you could the only thing he did was put his name on it and another wall

It states in the rules, that you do not have permission to even submit someone elses work with their permission. Inform Wade that it's stolen, and let him make the decision unless you can find out that he really does have permission.
