Request for a program

Would anybody be able to code a program that allows you to split an SWF movie into parts (like, first 410 frames into 1.swf, last 40 frames into 2.swf)? It can be command line; I don't really care about the GUI or features, as long as it can split an SWF. I wouldn't ask if I hadn't done extensive searching and been unable to find such a program. I would do it myself, but I don't have a good enough grasp on any language able to do what I am asking. If you did make this, I would be eternally grateful. Thanks ^_^ !

sound's to me like someone wants to either, cut the credits from a movie and replace them.

Or

Cut the "blah blah studio's presents" from a movie.

what you want this for anyway? (if i havn't already guessed.)
