Why ? because there have been a few people being modded recently ? Forums need to increase the number of mods as numbers grow, and NG gets a lot of visitors each day.

Every one of the new mods earned their position. It is not a joke. The Boo-Hoo Brigade can stop now, kthx.

I heard a lot of noises about demodded older mods like Saturday, but a lot of you forget that we have lives, and sometimes they take us away from the internet. I'd be surely pissed if I came back after a few months away and found I was demodded just because of inactivity, and no wrongdoing on my part.

Our mod team is ausome. They get me everytime im up to trouble.

With each new mod newgrounds makes yet another step in the direction of the death of it's BBS.
And that's the best thing that could happen, we could get so many persons, so much people to find other occupations than lie down in front of a PC and get them to move, lose some weight, try to get a girlfriend, get a job, BE SOMEONE. What some people might try to believe is that suceeding on Newgrounds, making as much reviews as they can, getting Blam Points and be virtually accepted will actually make them suceed in real life, when this is plain wrong.
In the real world no one will give a shit if you have posted 5000 messages on a website, no girls will awe in amazement when you'll tell them that you are the top sticker buyer of www.newgrounds.com and no one will want to hire you for the 10 000 blam/protect points you have cumulated.
Newgrounds never should have had a general forum BBS in the first place, it justs encourages people to waste away their lives.

I haven't even heard of that one...I'm so out of touch these days =(

1. Nothing proves I am an alt.
2. The reason we got mods is because this website which was meant to be for submitting flash movies and games in now a social gathering of geeks and nerds from all over the world. If it had stayed as it first was meant to be we could have get so much more artists without the average social bitching to shatter their merits.

Uh, the BBS is a good community place. The actual reason the BBS have mods are to keep the BBS clean. Heh, I doubt an actual Power Ranger would use the words "geek" and "nerd". :P
