No definately not a necklace. If anything it has to be a fuzzy Red Blue and Green headband. RBG is the official color scheme of most seizure inducing videos.

Not bad of an idea, but will people actually wear them in public. Are they ashamed of being a Newgrounder? Well the sells for stickers aren't that high I've checked the top 50 list. I dunno sounds pretty good, but not sure if it will work.
