The drawing was good exept that they looked a little rushed
-It was to short should at least be 20 seconds
-Didn't look like the nerd got eaten but trapped
-needs sound
-needs work

but if you fix all that stuff I think it will be rather good :)

thanks so much... it was a little hard for me to do 20 fps and my usual frame-by-frame, and i couldnt do him getting eaten cuz my flash was being crappy. it froze whenever i made it like that...

neways im using my sister's account cuz i dont have an email address that works...

No not bad for a 13 year old girl at all, I liked the way you had light and stuff on the characters like for example on the hair . I don't think I can do that (yett) btw I am also 13 don't take this personal, but I think I got a little more exp. with flash than you, remember to put sound in well now i have said what I think about your flash, can you please tell me what you think about my flash now? :P I mean all i have done yett,and yes I will add sound to it. Thx

There is a link to a screen shot of what I've got so far. I hope no one minds me joining. =)

My story: Guy is sleeping in late (notice the clock), and gets up like he's going to wake up for the day. He walks off screen, you hear a door shut and peeing noises, here the door open, he comes back in and flops down on his bed and goes back to sleep. I'll add snoring noises too. Let me know what you think, any ideas for the story, or anything else that might make the drawing, or animation better.

..and what do you have to do if you use a different font than one that you have? Or should we use default fonts?

Hey J_smooth thanks for your reply, But I am a little confused,When you say break all fonts,you mean the movieclips and symbols`? Or the writing stuff? I am pretty sure you mean the movieclips and symbols, But I am not used to call them fonts, so wich of them is it?

This is JUST my meaning: I would have liked it if people would be a little more active, by writeing more stuff in this thread, of course I don't mean by spamming but if something bugs you, or it is something you wanna say, just say it, People will listen to you and people will find it more intresting, comeing back to read this thread. I mean who wants to read an inactive thread? not me and besides we gotta prevent that this thread goes longer and longer down on the thread list or whatever you wanna call it ;) Hopefully this post has given you some ideas and such instead of wasting your time thank you for reading

Its very short, for not alot of high quality animation. Make it longer, and have meaning to it. I didnt really get the feel of summer from watching that, All I saw was the last day of school?

When I say break apart your fonts, I mean break apart any writing or text that you have in your movie. If I don't have that same text, then when I put together the final movie, your text will get replaced with some nasty bigger default font, and it will not make your movie come out the way you'd like it to.

Heres a screen of what Ive last animated. Im working a bit slow, I have 21 seconds of animation as of right now.

Yes, I know but all I saw was stick figures running down a white backround, wheres the summer in that? From seeing your movie I can tell you made that all in one day. Perhaps making it lengthier, and adding backrounds? The fact that its stick figures does not concern me, its the fact that where was nothing else in it but the same looping stick figure all over the screen, to be made out as kids.
