does anyone like the good ol' bands, like, from the 60's to the 80's? because this new age crap sucks, im talking about linkin park, ''gangstuh'' rap and a shitload of other crap. anyone out there still like led zeppelin, guns n roses , hendrix, and all the other great bands? now, if you'll excuse me, ill have to finish listenin to this gospel cd!(just kidding)

I like all three of the bands you mentioned. Alongside with tons of other classic bands. I don't want to name them all right now though.

come to think of it (lmao, i said CUM!) there arent really any influential guitarists right now, just a couple but many arent really well known. a band to bring back rock n roll would be pretty sweet

Yea man Zeppelin, Hendrix and Guns n Roses are all great stuff (haven't listened to as much Guns n Roses but I like what I've heard). But yea, nowadays it just seems like (especially with rap) they've got one catchy part and the rest is all filler. Linkin Park isn't terrible if you can get by the fact that all their songs sound the same, a modern day lesser ACDC I guess :P

What I don't like about a lot of the bands out there today is they all sound so similar, when I hear an ACDC song or a Led Zeppelin song etc, I can always tell who it is because they have their own unique sound
