First of all, it's okay to make more than one topic in a day, but make sure they are different in some way next time.

Second, templates suck. Any website that have the same old shoutbox and whatnot are never interresting. The only people you're going to attract are independent buisnesses, and trust me you're looking in the wrong place. 99% of the people here can make a pretty decent website.

Thrid, good idea with the graphics thing. Best of luck to you, but something tells me you're not going to find any customers on this forum. Or any forum for that matter.

In other words, most forums are not fond of old ideas, and are horrible places to sell services.

Those are bad, I cannot imagine someone paying for that when the alternatives are so much better =\

I made this in like an hour (the robotic hand was made using a 3d graphics engine, everything else was found on google image search).

Just a little tip from another freelancer to another.

Don't Advertise on forums , you look cheap and crap.
Don't carge too much.
DONT use other peoples work OR tutorial followed sites!
Dont advertise shit sites.

I've got like 30 sites i've made for free to people. They are 10 x better than yours.(no offence)
Get your name about. do free jobs and dont follow tutorials they are only guide lines and most are abstract in comarison to proper work.
Do your own work it looks better and it's got some of your pesonality in it which makes it unique and worth more.
By all means use tutorials but dont sell the product etc. Use them as a way in order to expand you knoledge of your CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel DRAW etc)
