I mean, c'mon! There are two different ctrls, two different alts, and one delete. Plus you have TWO hands! The possibilities are endless!
Me? I hold the ctrl+alt on the left side of the keyboard with my left hand, then i tap delete with my right.

I push the left alt with my right hand, the right ctrl with my left hand, then I push delete with my nose.

Me, I press 'Alt Gr' with my Index finger...with the 'Ctrl' under the Enter button pressed with my 3rd finger, and the 'Delete' key pressed with my little finger. All using my right hand...so its a stretch...I like to challenge myself.

i go with the ctrl and alt on the left with my left hand and then hit delete with the right all in one sweeping motion. sometimes i mix it up and do it on the right side 1 handed.

I first take gloves. Because my keyboards messy... Then I put on a mask. Because i use my face also... then I use my shit to hold then I put pinky on control and my sock on delete!
Sometimes I do a special backflip 360 tail grab when I press delete....

I push ctrl alt alt with my left hand, and ctrl delete with my right... No not really, it doesnt work i just tried it..
Anyway... just do it the normal way, ctrl alt left del right
