Anyone fancies giving me a few personal opinions on your best ways of drawing decent graphics (cartoons, people, objects etc.)
i'm pretty good at Actionscript and can do some pretty good things with motion tweening - but i'm now trying to delve into creating my own decent looking graphics to make my Flash more original...
I've got an A5 graphics tablet which is pretty decent (better than nowt) - would people say it was best to design your graphic by hand on paper first then:
Scan it into the computer and trace it in Photoshop/Fireworks/Freehand etc.
or
trace the hand drawing with the graphics tablet and pen?
how do other people do it? - these methods just don't seem to be that successful for me!
