Most of you may have heard about this, but it's worth repeating because of it's pure stupidity. Ted Williams, baseball legend and superb athlete has recently passed away. In light of this recent event, his "loving" son has cryogenically frozen him in hopes to harvest his DNA for profit. William's daughter opposes the act. She feels that her father should be repected in death. Damn, she's old fashioned... the late Mr. Williams (bottom of post) is reportedly already frozen, and awaiting "DNA harvesting" from his GREEDY GOLD DIGGIN' SICK SON OF A BITCH son. Comments?

[Note: "Repected" is supposed to be "Respected", and it's supposed to be "his screwed-up kid" instead of "screw-up"]

I might be mistaken about this, but I thought that Ted Williams expressed wishes that he wanted to be frozen when he died.

Again, I might be wrong...

If I'm not mistaken, his official will said that he did NOT want to be frozen. His son claims that he changed his mind after writing the will. The whole thing sounds kinda screwy to me...
