Is there going to be some bylaw that limits the extent to which Flash authors can 'campaign' for their flash to be added to a collection?
For instance, say I were to make a thread on the BBS asking if everyone who liked [my flash] could submit it for the [xyz] collection. Or if I used the "authors' comments" field to do that. Or if I used review-responses to do that.
I think that if this kind of thing were allowed, everybody would start doing it all the time, and that would suck. Is there a plan for dealing with this kind of abuse, for example, warning and then account deletion?
Also, how does the collection suggestion system work - is everyone's suggestion equally weighted, or do people with more voting experience have more power?
I think these questions got overlooked. I too, would like to know more about the system for submitting flashes to collections, as well as the possibility and probablity for abuse of the system. I, for one, would like to see quality among the collections, not an abuse of an author's power.
