There's a few ways to go about that. If you use Reason (which makes you export as .wav,) you load up the .wav in Audacity.

Then, you go to File > Preferences > File Formats, and under the MP3 tag there'll be a little drop down menu for bitrate.

Or if you use Fruity Loops, it's really fucking easy, and I'll mock you forever if you're really that retarded.

Do you have a credit card? If you do, then you don't need to set up Paypal in the first place. An alternative would be to ask your parents, then pay them back.

I read up on the rules. You can make an account, then do a Bank to Paypal transfer. Then the money will be in your paypal account. I suggest checking how much exactly FL Studio will be with the 10% off, so you know how much to withdraw. You can click the code I sent you, and select the version of FL you want, and it will add it up, real time, in the window.

preffertobedead you can use cooledit pro (now called adobe audition) to lower bitrate, also you can convert an mp3 to variable bitrate to lower the size of your files..

and GOD ive been busy lately with school.. the semester is drawing to a close.. and I still need to find a co-op since i have 2 co-op semesters coming up in 3 weeks.. I need one more to graduate as I sorta.. got fired from my first one for going on newgrounds - that very post that got me fired is probably SOMEWHERE in this lounge..

I just want school to be over so I can start moving on with mah life.. I don't even have time to make music nemore.. -.-
