Here's the basics of how the conversation went:

geier103: so here's the banning part
geier103: i revive an ancient alt account of mine, change the name to keldor3354, and post a single word "snap" in the news post about Tom number 2.
geier103: my account gets deleted, and then -API- is banned for 34 days through IP.
