I have asort of a problem... I am trying to learn how to make Audio's so I sownlaodade a program called Audacity... I have no idea how to use this program or even how to get beats or musical sounds in it. hmm well audacity is mainly for voice recording you cannot make any music with beats and music sounds.

You have the wrong program.

Try FL, since you can't go along with Audacity, I bet you havent got any knowledge about it :D

no seriouely tho.. fl studio 6 is a good program to start with.. and then work your way up to Reason.. and maybe Cubase if you have the computer power... or be badass and learn all 3 and then rewire them together! > : )

Start with FL. It's cheaper and slightly less midi keyboard (piano skill) dependant than Reason.
