It just seems to me that the flashes on Newgrounds just seem to follow a formula... And the portal doesn't filter any of the stuff that is old material any more. Yeah, it may be funny at the time but ask yourself, 'hasn't this been done before?'

No, but as time goes on, less and less original ideas are available. There is still much originality around you if u look for it. You might just assume most originality is a copy when it isnt

Correct. Many things are now being put into practise, which is why it is only now that people talk of a lack of originality.

Well, if one flash is highly rated, a flash artist is going to probably want to do something like it so it doesn't get blammed. So as originality goes- there's only a bit- people who try really hard on their flashes. Plus, almost all games are original- or good sequels- because people put a lot of time into them. Yup.

I bet no ones ever thort of doing 57 backflips whilst singing the alphabet backwards and holding a fish in one hand and a pen in the other. Theres a small chance that has been thought of, but its not as big as u might think.
