Wow, that almost brought a tear to my eye.
Newgrounds is such a great place to hang out and express yourself be in artisticly or by your opinion in the forums. "Sometimes I wanna go, where everybody knows your name" Newgrounds is the Cheers of the internet.

You are so much more well spoken in your email. ;-)
Gotta say though, it was a great reflection. It put into words what so many of us think about Newgrounds. It's all about the community, and the amazing artists willing to submit their work here.

People like you and the members of Newgrounds change the face of our entertainment industry, and ultimately, our culture and society.
I agree, thanks
Newgrounds is basically what TRULY introduced me to modern-amateur animation. It's taught me so much through its members, it's given me a place to showcase my work (exclusively) aswell as introduced me to many, many wonderful people.
I will always have a place in my heart for NG. Surfing the site for years now, and joining later, I have seen many changes. From pico to AH, Clock crew to tricky, one thing never changes... and that's just as was mentioned in the letter - the comfortable atmoshpere.
I will actually be getting my love for NG permenantly plastered onto my body sometime shortly after summer. That's right, I will be getting the NG tank logo tattoo'd onto my body. It will be a 'pieced' foot banner. The city scape across my feet with the usual orange and yellow sun beams, and the tank spanned across the middle of both feet (connecting when my feet are together).
Anyway, All in all I couldn't have said it better myself.
Thanks tom, wade, and everyone else working on, within, or just hanging out - for all the good years, good times, and amazingly talented animations.
Thanks for the front page post Tom! I GREATLY appreciate it.
One late change, however: the Cyborg One signing is postponed until after the release of the DVD on July 12th. My mistake in not informing anyone...sorry about that. I'll announce another one soon.
Pre-orders would greatly help me. If you like Dr. Shroud, please show your support and buy one!
After that, it will be available through Target.com, Bestbuy.com and a couple of other stores. Thanks in advance for the support!
Also, too true about the NG community.---it's the only one of its kind. Tom has built an empire. :)

Thats not him, hes just a wannabe dumbass. Look at his username its Kyrrin instead of Kyrren
tom's well pleased with himself - and rightly so! i think that guy's got a point! newgrounds is really starting to pay off, many the talents discovered here are now on their way to very big things (such as tom and the xombie guy, james farr i think)
That letter brings up a great point. Newgrounds has and always will be the home of today's top internet flash movies, not me or anyone else can or will change that. I've noticed lately that a lot of the flash artists with practice, and skill training, could easily make a great career as an animator working on cartoons, as simple as that.

DO ANY OF YOU BOYS LIVE IN VIRGINIA?!
kyrren did have some good points and i hope newgrounds stays the way that it has been for so long. You better not sell out Tom.
This is what NG is all about
these are the kinda emails you WONT see the webmasters of crapville, gamesofgondor, mofunzone or ebaums and other sites getting..
Simply because NG is designed to actually help the people dedicated to the craft, a chance move forward while others merely take advantage..
Thats one awesome, and well deserved Email..
Dont forget about other artists, Legendary Frog is a master at all of his drawings, a stunning author indeed. If anybody were to become famous, it would be him.
