UNIVERSE loader: want in?

Hey, this is Raraken, maker of the ever bugged UNIVERSE. It turns out that it was not booted because people hated it, People loved it... But, its score was lowered to the point where it was removed. What I need, is someone to email me a single scene .fla loader, no pictures, just code. It needs to have:

1. the loader part
2. The scrypt for one 100 frame loading bar
3. under a few hundred kilobites.

Thank you, if I choose your loader, youll get a spot in the intro (put your logo in the .fla loader, if u want), and a nice spot in the credits. Also, I will add a campaign and cut down the size. Thank you for your time, below is a series of UNIVERSE screenshots and pics.

- a '% loaded' box
