Web Knowledge Help!

Hello,

Alright, i heard that you can create a website with Flash. I have but all i want to know is that what do i need to do to get it online? Are there some steps i have to go through in order to do this? If you don't mind telling me then i will surely be honored. I was told by someone on NG that in order to do this you would need to make a URL. I know what this is but is it true? If you have any advice to give about this then let me know.

I thought you needed Dreamweaver to make websites? Maybe i am wrong.

Hmmm... well you can make all sorts of things with Flash, such as a navigable menu and other web content, however you will need to embed it in a web page.

A friend of mine created a version of his webpage that uses mostly Flash:
Taesali Web Design; Flash

The major document is a .swf (flash) file but it's embedded into .html (web document).

So you're in the right direction, you can create almost ALL of your web page with Flash, but it's usually just part of the larger presentation.
