can somebody give me a link to a site that tells how to make preloaders? or list down the command lines and steps to making one? i wanna make one that ACTUALLY shows a representation of what % of the file has loaded, thank you for any help you can give me ^_^

Umm... Newgrounds has a preloader that you can download for free.... then slowly learn how to change it around and make it your own!

yeah, but newgrounds' preloader doesnt have a percentage count, and everyone uses it so its not very original (although i did use it at the beginning, but then I made my own)
