I just wan't to finish one god damn piece! But when I start working, I suddenly get this mix of anger and impatience, and I cannot get rid of it.
Does anyone have any tips? Or anything? :[ My skill has improved so much, but I haven't been able to effectively utilize it.

Anger Management will do the trick! .. Hmm tips.. Well flash is something you have to committ to if you wish to make something. Think of making something that gets you pumped up and ready or listen to some music that calms you down lol. That's all i can think of. Cya.
I guess I'll just keep experimenting...
All I can say is free up your calander god... i have 7 hours of free time a day... and i have nothing to do. and as he said try doing stuff that really interests you... hey mabye like for every 20 minutes you spend working you can get a doggie bone? jk but every so often just take a break and watch some flash or listen to a song.
I just need to find a concept I can really get pumped about.
But it's hard...

hey, I dont fully know what your problem is, maybe you choice of art style just isnt interesting to you as much as you think. Impatience is needed for this. Also everyone gets mad once in awhile but you have to kick the shit outa your self untill you finish.
Like me, I like seeing the finished product of what I can do, but I like to see alot done in a very short amount of time. I know something can just be done instantly so I work through it.

listen to some soft music and remember to have your hand as light as a feather
while hoovering your mouse across the desk. you musent have it stiff like a rock
because your anger will rise

I am in the same boat as you -BLUEleaf-. The only thing I can suggest is to either force your self to work on one piece by making time dedicated to working on that flash, or just leave it for a while and come back to it later.

A lot of times, if I'm stuck on something and getting pissed off, I just get really freaking high and about 6 hours later I realize that I created something. It doesn't make a lick of sense, but damnit, I created something.
Perpetually looking for time to return to the arts.

That seems to be a pretty common problem, one that I am also struggling with. It's extremely frustrating...
I don't know of any easy solution, personally I go through cycles of high motivation and productivity and then long lulls of useless inactivity. If something remains unfinished when my motivation runs out it often sits and rots...
Forcing yourself to work on something will probably cause the quality of the piece to suffer (it does with me), but if you have to get it done I would suggest eliminating other distrations (TV, computer games, irritating family members/roomates, etc) and play some music that gets you in the proper frame of mind.
