It's 90$ CAN for six months, whihc works out to about the same over there. But that's not such a bad deal.

Think about it:
If you play'd one hour a day, that's 180 hours for 15…(pound symbol here).
That's 12 hours a pound. And that's if you only play it casually.

Now, I'm sure after 180 hours you could/will have beaten the game.

Who's going to play it for more than a year anyways?
By then there'll be a new fad on the market.

Honestly, I have no idea. I just started playing it not to long ago (less than a week) and I'm not real active in the guild. In fact, the only reason I joined was so that I could see what the guild options where like. I really don't care one way or the other if I'm in a guild or not, let alone which one. Yeah, it's so shit, I mean, what do they do with all that money? Only maintain all their fileservers (with no ads), under immense strain from thousands of suscribers, only to employ staff to maintain the fileservers and to administrate the game area. Pffft, they could do that on a flat fee from each person. Or not.

Although, to be fair, the awesome looking Guild Wars has a single flat fee of £30.
