It's pretty funny...
Mallared Fallanard is sorta funny-- sometimes if the artist wants to be. I read it only for the social comment...

Simple, if it's funny they'll keep it. I don't think the guys at Adult Swim are the type to bow down to the "Spongebob is a gay conspirator" crowd.

It was a false story about how Martin Luther King Jr. went into a coma after being shot, instead of dying. He came back, and said this thing on the news "turn to the other cheek" when asked about the war on terrorism. Everybody started saying he was against america. Then one of the kids, the short one with the long hair called Martin Luther King (he was a friend of the grandpa) the N word.
Its just showing how stupid people can be and how times have changed. Your an idiot to be horrified by a cartoon.

It's already aired (quite some time ago) and of course it has had some criticism, but they aren't going to pull it. In fact they have 30 some more episodes schedueled.
Do you honestly think that the people at [adult swim] care about 'conservative flamers' ? Tey're likeCOmedy Central in this respect; complaining about this just adds feul to the fire.
Martin Luthor King would be horrified by black people casually calling each other by that word. That's all there is to say there.
And the strip is only on sabbatical you reactionary bitch.

Apparantly you can't grasp the idea of satire. Stan from American Dad is a satirical character, Stephen Colbert is a satirical character, but Huey Freeman is not, furthermore there is no satirical "stuff" dealing with social issues just the writers open opinions.

I'd say that his younger brother, whoes name escapes me at the moment, is more the saterical charictar with Huey acting more as the straight man by which to gauge the wacky. And there is perfect satire in rich wiggers in gunfights, a jury more interested in racial purity than the facts of a case anda rapper unable to get medical assistance because his lyrics are about getting shot.
It has it's moments, but it's pretty ****ed up.....

omg that episode was hilairious!!!
I was at a friend's house once and we flipped through the channels and landed on this show, we watched it for five minutes and we barely recovered from the brain trauma. Took weeks of rehab just to be able to walk again.
That show is a turd in the toilet bowl that is black comedy.
It sucks in every possible way.
The show is fuckin hilarious.
I dont like his comic strip as much, I think it takes to many cheap shots and jabs (but my ultra conservative suprisingly likes it, God knows why).
My favorite episode is probably the episode with the two white guys and the one of them is voiced by Samuel Jackson and that fire fight witht he arab guys... fuckin priceless. I really like the lemonade stand one also. "HES GOT A GUN!!!"
And Charlie Murphy as that rich guys son cracked me up when I recgonized his voice too.
RILEY AND HUEY PWN!!!!! X D LETS NAB OPRAH
That show is funny as hell.
Hey, it has its shortcomings like any show, but it still kicks ass. I've also noticed that pretty much everyone I know who says it sucks is a stupid fucker who thinks Bill O'Reilly is God.
