I don't like this riddle because god isn't necessarily the powerful being, devil isn't necessarily the most evil being, rich people don't necessarily need, and I am eating it right now and am still alive, because I am eating it in addition to food.
The answer to your riddle is "nothing" but because many of the criteria aren't fact or they are worded improperly it makes the riddle not a riddle at all.
