He said tentatively in August. The game is finished, it's going through the debugging and playtesting phase that Microsoft requires.

Just making all you Halo 3 players aware: A new map called 'Cold Storage' (a remake of 'Chill Out' from Halo: CE) is going to be released on the 7th of July (i.e. Bungie day) as a gift, so it's free. The legendary map pack's price will also drop from 800 points to 600 points.

They need to make a map of the awesome level in Halo: CE that was a lush canyon in a big U shape, with a base at either end, and a maze-like foot-only passage going directly between the two bases, and some more passages leading to a look out and vantage point high above the bottom of the U shape.

That map was awesome.

Picked up Jon Woo's Stranglehold yesterday despite a number of negative reviews. I'd say it's well worth the price I paid (£10) as I can see myself enjoying it until completition (it's apparently a pretty short game). Reminds me of the old school shooters where theres little aim other than to blow just about everyone up. I'd reccomend it if you kind find it pre-owned.

They did remake that map! It was called Sidewinder and now it's called Avalanche. It's part of the Legendary map pack along with a remake of Lockout called Blackout and a totally new map called Ghost Town.

No, it wasn't Sidewinder. It wasn't a grey map, rather, green, with trees n shit, and there were no tanks or shit, just ghosts and warthogs.

Not in my eyes. I want it to be basicly exactly the same, as Blood Glutch/Coagulation (In my eyes) is what made Halo and Halo 2 what it is. I love that map ever so much.

I agree, they say Valhalla is the same but it isn't. Blood Gulch is Blood Gulch and Valhalla is Valhalla.

The only funny clan I have ever met that aren't a bunch of 10-12 kids from Birmingham are called, "WALMART WARRIORS" who are a clan that spoof all other clans, their motto did make me chortle though, "WE CLEAN YOUR BLOOD ON ISLE 9"

Well I know Tyrant12(aka Kit Kat) made/was a part of a clan for RSV2 and in their clan tag thing it was TDK; which stood for The Disco Knights!

Ah, but the thing is, they already have two "spiritual succesors" of BG already and to have a third when they can come up with a totally new, awesome map seems kinda pointless to me. BG was still better than both Standoff and Valhalla. If they remake it they should call it Sanguine Valley.

Just a year after? I thought the fixed the problem around this time LAST year. Maybe it was in August or something. The best thing you can do is call support and see what they say.
