Paul Martin was the finance minister, and the finance minister has too much power for this kind of thing to happen without him/her knowing about it. If Martin says he doesn't know anything, he's probably lying - and if he's not lying, he must be preeeeeeeeeeeetty slow: The finance minister essentially controls the money. He would know if some was 'missing'.

Well even though it has been said that The Federal Liberal party (aka Liebrels) has been deemed the greatest criminal organization in the bloody country, but i don't believe PM PM would go as far to kill some one.

Does anyone know how much we are wasting on the Inquiry which will "prove" that all these actions were not the Liberal Party's fault, even with all the evidence supporting the opposite?

Power does not equal knowledge. The person at the top rarely hears everything.
That's why they have everyone under them, to delegate tasks to. Chances are Martin knew there was a sponsorship program, he knew it was in Quebec and was 'combating' separatism, but I doubt he knew all the details.
That, and the program was apparently run under the last Tory gov't, too, but no one mentions that.
