in response to the abusive review chronomut posted, that was an OK comeback, but it lacked any flair :p

We're all such a nice family.

i never get bad reviews, for sum reason if they don like it they say "it was good, but jus not my thing"

and im ALWAYS nice to beginners, because everyone starts somewhere.

and if one of them magically gets song of the week when they have about 3 songs i get pissed, but i don even review jus in case im wrong about HOW they got that *Cough* like the song of the week this week *cough*

Yeah, on that subject, how do people get song of the week, is it the score, the number of downloads or is it just random? I don't get it.

Anyway, I figured the next time I get a bad review, I might just completely change the subject and talk about something completely different, like trees or bananas or something? (wtf!)

Tuesday at nine pm pacific, the highest rated songs, they typically sort it out by new.

Well, when i come across music that is not to my liking , i simply tell them to keep improving because i am trying to do the same. Karma man

First off, I think I speak for any decent artist in this portal by saying that you are a total idiot for thinking that we don't notice your blatant fake votes on every SINGLE one of your songs. Your music is not good enough to reflect the kind of scores you have aquired. Second, you don't know how to record, your mixes almost ruin nice speakers everytime they are played because your mixes are overdriven and nasty. Your actions will get noticed eventually, but we wish you would stop your nonsense now. It's ruining the portal. Mr. monkeybullman... you, are a, F-ing moron.

For some reason the thing that annoys me more than anything else is when someone give me a GREAT review and say how much they enjoyed it and how good it was and then give me a 9/10 instead of a 10/10...just seems wrong how someone can say so many good things and not give it a 10 lol.

looks like im gonna have to make a new account 'again', cos i know that everytime i put a trk onto NG under the name monkeybullman, that person who 'speaks for every decent artist' and thinks i'm somehow making fake votes and ruining the AP is gonna vote 0 on my trx. I don't know why I fukin bother, infact there's no point in me submitting music to this site anymore, cos i'm sick of being lambasted by the idiots out there who think they know everything. I want that person to know that they have not only dented my confidence, but ruined the only place where I could submit my music and receive reviews and constructive critisism. Oh quiet you we went thru this whole ordeal when you were kingbastard as well. You're gonna get stupid ignorant shit reviews - and you always will - all of us always will. Just learn to ignore them and focus on the BILLIONS of good reviews and fans that you have man!

I know everyone rates their songs five - but i highly advise you NOT to do it - its like painting a giant neon dot on your chest that says "shoot me"

well, your reactions to what i said only makes me think that I should definately stop submitting to this site. i have no preconceptions of grandure and I'm no whining bitch, I just believe that reviews should be fair and I wont stop writing tunes becos of some shit review. I was just trying to join in one forum thread, and now u make me seem like some sort of arrogant asshole. Get over it, yea maybe I should, I can take critisism, when it's just and fair, but I thought what was said about my tunes was unfair and i was only speaking my mind and being honest, but that seems to be the wrong thing to do here, . First off, I just want to thank everyone who pointed out narrow-minded reviewers like amoeboy and jackdudley56. I am a newbie at making music on the computer, but I'm working on it and I seem to be getting better (Showdown Epsilon = 72 dl ^_^). I think reviewers should work to better another person's music, not demote their efforts with sarcastic comments and snears that make the author feel crappy. If you get your kicks from something like that, then you must:

1) Never get any

2) Live in your mother's basement

3) Have NO friends (because you're such a dick to people and they don't wanna be friends with a person like that)

I think reviewers who are honest and at the same time constructive with their criticism should be the ideal for NG, and those who think otherwise, well then you're just mean now aren't you? =)

I would also like to openly APOLOGIZE to amoeboy, for even though he was a complete shmuck, I went overboard with my reply.
