Of course it isn't. The only official Xbox site is xbox.com, and they FOR SURE would not leak images of their own console, 4 days before the official unveiling event on MTV. That pic was apparently taken by some guy at the MTV event taping, who used his camera phone. The only reason I think it's credible is because a few weeks ago, another image of the Xbox 360 was leaked, and it is exactly the same system model seen in this new image.

Microsoft released corpped images of it's system(scroll down) and those cropped images look like they've been taken right of there.

Those aren't controller ports, they memory card slots. The controllers are wireless, and it's speculated that the little black oval next to the memory slots is an infared sensor for the controllers.

From what I've read, the Xbox 360 isn't supposed to come with a Hard Drive, so you will need memory cards if you want to save games. People are guessing tho that you will be able to buy an attatchable HD, but I think this is a bad move since it will make things more like the PS2, where only certain games utilize the had drive storage. The Xbox also has memory cards, as well as a hard drive, so its possible that this will be the case with the new system.

Honestly man, have you read any recent information? Gaming sites have been plastered with new updates and speculation on the next Xbox for weeks now, and just about all of them are saying that the Xbox 360 won't have a hard drive, or that it will have an attachable hard drive. I also read Official Xbox Magazine, EGM, Gamepro, and I used to read GMR before it was discontinued, and I really can't recall them saying that the next Xbox will have a HD double the size of the current one. Unless you got this info from XBN, I either missed it, or its been proven otherwise recently.

my litle brother has a xbox and i find the new design ok. only the top is curved: isn't so handy when you want to put stuff on it. the controller seems fine too. but what it needs to do is play the games nice and smooth, thats the most important.

but the cam! makes you think that there is a time portal all the way to the 80's behind it.
