Is that bills included or not?

I'm paying just over £100/week with bills included. Not too bad for London, but still a lot compared to what you're paying. It's just nice having my own place, tbh.

Nah, no bills. It works out as £65/week just for rent, no idea how much utilities are gonna cost but I guess £10-£20 a month maybe. Whatever. I'll worry about that when it comes round to paying them.

But yeah, I know what you mean with the freedom. The fact that I chose that house, and I chose who I'm living with, etc, know what I mean?

You guys have to pay outgoings too? Or is it just for whatever you use within the period you're renting?

Had the surgery on my toe/foot today. The surgery itself hurt a little bit. It's over with now and I'm happy about it. The medicine has finally worn off though and it's starting to hurt like a bitch again. They ended up cutting the nail out as it was growing into the bone of my nail and they also removed some broken glass in my foot that had worked it's way in there quite a bit. (The glass has been in there for about 2 years)

It's over with though. I'm bored as hell because all I can do is sit down and rest the leg by keeping it above my heart.

Jeez, you let broken glass sit in your foot for two years?

That still seems pretty cheap, so I guess you're doing alright for yourself. ;P

Definitely.

My only problem is that being friends with people has proven to be a lot different to living with them. I like my housemates, but I get on much better with one of them than the other four.

Heh, when people were choosing their flatmates back in december or so my (then) best friend came up to me and asked me if I wanted to be in a flat with him, so I said sure. Then 3 days later or so at a party he came up to me and said "Look I just don't want to be in a flat with you, my current flatmates are so much better than you"

So me being pissed off, I went to some other friends and we got a group together. Then eventually my best friend came back and was all "You still looking for a flatmate?" because he realised his flatmates weren't that great or whatever, but we were all "Nah sorry".

Well, long story short, I got over his rejection pretty quickly, my group of flatmates found a house, all was good, but recently I've been thinking that, while we're still good friends, I just get on his nerves so much, living with him would drive him completely crazy.

So I'm glad my best friend ditched me. :)

Yeah, it just happened to be where the glass was I didn't step down on that part of the foot so I basically had no pain, but the doctor noticed it and said while my foot was numbed up he should take it out so I agreed as I didn't want the needles again some other time.

I basically didn't have any time with college and work to do it any other time.

So i hit the casino last night. Went in with 100EUR and was waiting for a place at the poker table. I must have been playing for a few hours, wasn't really winning or loosing, just going up down really. By the end of the night i was only up 30EUR, so i put it on black on the roulette...........it came up red >:(

So i went home even - 100EUR in the pocket. Was a fun night though :)

Has anyone noticed that a bunch of threads lost a lot of pages and that a lot of peoples post were deleted. I even had a post that was deleted that was nothing but a members list in one of the clubs that I was in from like half a year ago. Deleting a post like that makes no sense.

Lol at jonthomson's reaction though. :P

so somehow the american football thread got fagged up enough that 100+ pages of it needed to be completely deleted, rather than picking out the actual problems. gg.

i actually have no idea what caused it, but this is hilariously bad modding. i don't even know whether mods are now able to delete old threads or whether they need to get an admin to do so. if it's the latter, then wow. just wow. sounds like an "we have an ingrowing toenail, i know how to solve it, let's amputate your leg"

Mine's about £350 a month rent, and then Gas, Electricity, Water and Internet on top of that. That seemed quite manageable until they took rent a month earlier than I thought and fucked me over.

I think kamron was deleted, and with him, all of his posts and threads. So, chances are you lost whatever posts you made in club threads of his and a few threads lost whatever posts he made in them.

If you posted in a thread of his regularly, the missing post you're talking about is probably a number of pages in your post history away from where it was supposed to be.

If not, it's just words on the internet.

Yeah, that sounds about right Malachy. I lost about 82 posts and that sounds about how many posts that I would have made in the thread itself. No bid deal I just really wanted to find out why. :P

Last night was a good night. I celebrated my 5 year anniversary. The expensive dinner, sappy love movie, shopping, etc... The usual. :P It was fun though.

Ah, so that's why the thread was deleted. Although I never even posted in the American Football Club, I thought it was odd for a thread like that to be removed.

Wednesday: Euro night in our local, then to a close by club called Spikes. Night ended at 6am.

Thursday: Casino untill 4am. Night ended at 5:30am.

Friday: Local, then to spikes again until closing time, then to a friends house. Night ended at 8am.

Saturday: Local, then a different club called Bongos until they closed at 6am, then to a club on the beach close by until 9:30am. Night ended at 11am.

Yesterday (Sunday): Went to a different bar close by to see a live band, which were pretty damn awesome. And what was supposed to be a early night with just a few drinks ended up in Spikes until 6am again XD

Tonight: Off down to the local again as it's Euro night again (Any drink for 1EU, and shots for 50cents). I guess you can imagine how the night's going to end :D

It's been really quiet here of late. I haven't been posting myself as i've been way too busy on my 2 week work-holiday. But unfortunately, that's come to an end now, and i'm back to work tomorrow :(

Surprisingly, I don't remember you. lol Anyways, I've been quite busy working at Toyota every Monday to Fridays from 8:00AM to 5:00PM and Saturdays from 8:00AM to 2:00PM. At least I'm getting money but the thing is, I'm not used to this kind of hours working. It really does suck ass.

Yeah, it was a stay-cation, but i had a cousin from England come out for the 2 weeks i was off, so i had to show him a good time. We've done so much in the last 2 weeks, and induced unhealthy amounts of alcohol, but it's been fuckin awesome.

The only downside is that i'm EU1,000 out of pocket now :(

I know. I gotta leave in about 30 minutes >:(

I don't care how much i've spent, or the fact that 2 weeks of partying and LAAATE nights have finally taken the toll and i'm as sick as a dog, because like i said, it has been one of the best times evar!
