And we made our intentions of punishing spoilers quickly and harshly public very quickly, which didnt happen for harry potter.
I know the mods are doing that, but I just thought I might have been unfortunate enough to read a spoiler before a mod had the chance to remove it.

With the sneaking and stuff, you could say that. And yeah, I'd say MGS is less serious with all the random, weird and funny stuff that gets added to the games.
I've heard that in one of the games after you beat a boss a mesage pops up telling you to go outside.
Sort of like that, but one point, you get told that you've played on the game for a long time and ask if you have anything else to do with your free.
Flash portal used to be another tab I had running all the time, but not anymore.
Yeah, same here.
I used to B/P whenever possible but I very rarely do it anymore.
I B/P'ed most of the time, but a while ago, I was starting to get fed up with it, so I found a good milestone to stop and took a break there.
You mean, they just bin it? I find that disgraceful.
I agree, they should at least put it on clearance.
But they don't, and for doing that, I really hope that awful shop gets shut down someday.

I worked in a bookstore during the time it was happening. Consistent lulz for a while.
I've only heard "Snape kills dumbledoor" once in real life.
I never heard it once in real life. I only heard it a million times on the internet.

I never got around to reading the 5th book, so i just stopped at that.
Heh, my sister used to read the books, but got put off after the 5th book was spoiled for her. :|

Seriously, it was the longest book out of the seven yet that was the shortest movie out of the five. Saying that alone should point out just how much they cut out.
I thought the 3rd was the shortest out of them all. I mean, it only felt like a 90 minute movie and they took out so many parts from the book. I thought that was the worst Harry Potter film. At least the 4th movie had dragons.

I hated all of them... mostly because Daniel Radcliffe is the ugliest, least talented actor EVER. He apparently only got the part because he was related to someone working on the film (can't recall who).
So I could have been Harry Potter instead of him? :P Some people do (or DID) think I look like Harry Potter when I have my glasses on. Infact, one person thought I sounded like Harry Potter. XD
The 5th book should never have been allowed to be published at that length. Rowling was just being stupid and trying to continue her streak of making each new book longer than the last, and went overboard with the 5th one.
Yeah, I got put off the 4th book because I kept reading the book and it was taking forever. :( Plus, I'm not good at reading books.

From my viewpoint of the whole thing:
2. Most British and European people are either pro-USA or have no real opinion either way.
That's me. I've been to America a few times and it's a great place. However, since I've lived in UK for all my life, I'm more used to the UK than I was with America. If an American thought the opposite, that's fine with me. I understand them. There are a lot of great Americans I know (both on NG and people in the real world) and I'd feel bad if I was anti-American.
While I think America have some flaws in their country (e.g. George W. Bush, the morons who think America is the only important country in the world), UK have just as many flaws as they do, especially if we've got a crappy government and a fuck load of chavs. So I don't complain about the flaws of America.
It's all stupid e-drama. IMO any threads about whose country is better should just be avoided at all costs. Unless you're cellardoor6.
I just wish all those stupid threads were banned from the BBS.

Does anyone else play D&D?
I have once and it bored me to death. :( My friends do try and play D&D every now and again, but someone always fucks up the game. XD
Is it as addicting as I hear WoW is?
Oh, you're talking about the MMORPG D&D?

Yeah, online Monopoly is about as old as... the Internet, pretty much.
Haha, I can't remember the last time I played Monopoly.
