~The C&C Regulars Lounge~

This sort of thread has long been delayed.
Most forums have a central lounge thread where its forum's regulars can hang out and talk.
Hopefully having this will help cut down on chat threads, and spammy threads in C and C. People can also run their club ideas by here first to see if anyone would be interested before they go and create some abysmal crew, or even a repeat thread. You can link us to your crew here to get members or ideas to improve your thread.

I ran this idea by a few mods and some other regulars; they found no problem with it.

This is a great idea, maybe we can get this to be the 2nd topic in the C&C with over 1,000 pages. Without spamming that is.

oh yeah i didnt see that,the Anime Club has 992 pages then the dutch people club, also the Final Fantasy Club, and Megaman Crew have a good chance too.

Nice idea for a regulars lounge. I'm always in this forum, so I'm down with this idea.

Its amazing how threads based on video game series can hit 500+ pages, when a club about naked people can only hit 16 pages. Just shows what the majority of the BBS population is interested in. Damn nerds!

I'm a regular here. When I access the bbs it's 75% c&c 25% general mostly.

Sure I am in. I think this is a great idea.

it should be pointed out at the beginning of this thread that there should be absolutely no club rivalries brought in here. some people may take this place as a battle ground where they can bitch and complain about other clubs.

i think strong regulation of this thread by mods or even a little browsing by them should make sure hostile posts are deleted and appropriate punishment dealt to violaters. this place is where the regulars of this lounge should be able to hang out and chat with people they might not chat with due to conflicting interests in clubs.

great idea though.

heh. the OCP was more of a lounge for everybody who felt like popping in. but it fell into a lounge setting filled with chit chat and was not really about anything anymore. so it was rightly locked. oh well, we still had our forums. then latingrounds lost their servers they were hosting the forums on. now the OCP resides as a lesser part of the Slackers Crew.

A bunch of club's members duking it out in here will not be condoned. If a few mods supported the idea of making this thread, I'm sure they would take to upholding that support by serving punishment to the people that ordered it. Logically though, its silly that anyone would get into a flame war over a bunch of threads. Anyone who does such a dirty deed should be eternally shameful of getting mad over something so stupid.
