Bacon vodka? It's more likely than you'd think!
i have to say mario 3 and paper mario.
those are two games that kept me busy for a night or five.
In Order
Mario 3
Super Mario World
Mario 2
Mario Brothers
Mario 64
(S)NES mario games >all
except for the gay ass "mario is missing" shit of a game.
That was a great post. Right Zach?

wtf? I dont get it
Aw come on.. Hasn't anyone played Paper Mario?! (Not thousand year door). That was one awsome game, much better than it's sequel when it comes to story/music/cute-ness/memorability, it looked better too, much more colorful and much more Mario.
Not as good as Mario 64 or Super Mario 3 though.
This is hard... let's see... although usually the old ones are the best I can't decide between Super Mario 64 and Paper Mario 2, there both quite modern (it's just a few years).
The Original Super Mario Brothers.
I strongly adore Yoshis Island! Not too long since I last played it out. Mario 64 was also the real nice experience. But the real classic we are talking about is Super Mario Bros 3.
Super Mario 64.
One of the best N64 games there is.
I heard Mario Kart DS is supposed to be cool. why is that?

CUZ ITS ONLINE!!! woot!!!......i dont see how that is such a big deal.......and i lol at how the handheld got internet play before the console.....excluding like 2 games...
BTW super mario world was the best, cuz the graphics were so much better than super mario bros. and it was the first videogame i ever played and SNES rox
Wow this is gonna be hard. I'm thinkin'
1. Super Mario World
2. Yoshi's Island
3. SM 64
4. SMB 3
5. Paper Mario
6. Super Mario Land
7. Super Mario Bros.
8. Super Mario Sunshine
something like that :]

u meant "Its-a-me-a Mario"? ANd i'd say Super Mario Bros for the NES. Old school favorite
Nobody likes Mario And Luigi Superstar Saga? that game rox!
Yoshi's Island is the best, but Mario RPG is good too, even though I never had enough motivation to kill the last boss.
My favourite Mario is pretty much the same favourite Mario game as everyone else, Super Mario Bros. 3.

Wow. I love anything in the MP series. I don't like the looks of Mario Party Advanced though.
Paper Mario or Super Mario World.
I loved the style of PM, the action command, the partners, and overall the playthrough. Never have I found an RPG that has made me want to pick up and play again.
Super Maro is not only one of the longest and most replayable Mario games, but had excellent sprites and tons of goodies for playing. It really is one of the reasons I still have an SNES.
Although I really loved both Paper Mario and Super Mario World, I have to say SMRPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Up until that game, I had never played a RPG before, and have never played one that I enjoyed more since. It also lead me to becoming an RPG fan and lead to me buying the excellent Chrono Trigger.
Super Mario 64 DS (I havn't played the original version, unfortunately. :( )
And my second favourite would be Mario Kart DS.

Pretty much what they said. Unless SSBM counts as a Proper Mario game.
