Of course, there are some people who are very mature under the age of that, but they're harder to find. Personally, I don't find many people to be mature until they reach 18 years of age. I find people who are even older than me to be less mature, but that's just me.

do you base this assumption on people on the internet or real life. People conduct themselves differently on the net. Even the most mature of people are prone to mindless flaming and whatnot. But a real life 14 year old is always gonna be a pain in the hole...

I think it's a little silly to say you hate EVERYONE under 16. For the most part, I agree with you, most teenagers are idiotic morons. But being a teenager myself, I have to make a few exceptions.

3 years ago you were under 16. So does that mean for the first 16 years of your life, you hated yourself, and on your 16th birthday just came to appreciate yourself? Or did you just develop what seems to be this age superiority complex. Don't worry, I'm sure what you're feeling is normal. Just tell yourself that.
