At most i have a glass of juice.
Usually I wait for lunch.

A big bowl of spicy noodles with some frozen shrimp, peas, carrots and a couple of eggs thrown in for variety (one of my favorite meals). I rarely eat the traditional breaksfast of toast, sausage or fried eggs unless I go to McDonald's.

Oh, the food rules but the time of day you have to eat it sucks.

Im with ya on that one. I cannot stomach the smell of anything cooking within 3 hours of me waking up.
