no, that would suck. Nintendo and Microsoft worked together before and Microsoft totally dragged them down because they're not a game company, they're looking at money only. also, Nintendo's online play is going to totally own Live.
and everyone knows Samus pwns that retard from Halo hands down we dont need to see it in a Smash Brothers game.

I'm most curious about what new Nintendo Characters they can use. I mean, they cant use every pokemon lol. I was thinking perhaps some other Diddy from DKC? Also, it would be cool if characters could have SUPER power ups that lasted a very short time. Like Ganondorf could turn into Ganon...perhaps a a type of item can be the triforce, and if you collect all 3 you get the super form of your character :D.

I doubt Microsoft and Nintendo work together successfully. It's two different companies with COMPLETELY different philosophies. Microsoft focuses on graphics, sound, and processor, as well as online play. In other words, they care mostly about specs. Nintendo, however, focuses on mainly innovation, gameplay, and their family-gaming philosophy. Those too companies will have different ideas so it would be better if they are separate.

It's always nice to be able to match up with opponents who challenge you, but buying a new system disturbs me a little. I probably won't pick it up.

The next super smash bros game is not guranteed. The studio that made the game has left and Melee was their last one.

All you got is another studio could pick it up and do a half assed job.

That would be awesome to play super smash bros online, I would play it.

Hal Laboratories' Masahiro Sakurai is the "man," not "studio"who left. That was back in 2001. Hal Labs is still under Nintendo. Masahiro Sakurai was the director of the SSB series. I'm sure Shiggy or another Nintendo buff could do just as good a job directing the next SSB game.

Not a clue, I just hope its not all Pokemon :p. I'm thinking they will draw more supporting characters from other great Nintendo games like Diddy Kong and Wario.

my inside sources tell me this:

The N5 aka Revolution will own all other consoles just from this game alone.

They shouldn't have been stupid with the gamecube, and instead should've made SSBM online. That would've gotten so many gamecubes sold, it would've boosted Nintendo the money that it utterly missed out on with it's recent failure systems (GC and DS).

No, its can connect to the internet theres a game for it called Phantasy Star Online (PSO) you just had to buy like a special adapeter like the playstation.
