Here´s a simple google i made in three sec. Im sure you´ll find something usefull in there.... If you dont i suggest you take contact with any author who made the flashes you thought were sweet and had cool sounds... E-mail or use the new PM system.

Does anyone know where to find the "crystal"-like sounds
when you press "start" in Final Fantasy VIII or IX? Any other
