I can't BELIEVE THIS!

Sony LOST that court case on the dual-shock issue. Read the article and some of the games cancelled on bottom of page!

The court also ordered a halt to U.S. sales of infringing PlayStation-brand consoles and 47 software titles as part of a patent-infringement lawsuit but put the order on-hold pending an appeal.

Consoles, games, etc. are being going to become extinct in the U.S.

2. The company sued Sony over copyright infringement on a rumble feature in the Duel Shock controller that is like their's.

you've noticed that some of the games listed are from third party companies... I wouldn't be suprised if those companies went after Immersion corp. THe lawsuits continue!
