Hello everyone.

I noticed that alot of the threads on this board pertain to voice actors being needed. Well, let me introduce myself. My name is Will, and my internet alias is The Zodiak. Now, I HAVE done a few voices for Newgrounds flashes, but mainly just for people I have worked with on other projects from other sites. I am an experienced voice actor, as I have been voice acting online for several years now. I have a very diverse range of vocal capabilities, and I have played everything from deep voiced, evil characters, to higher pitched care-free protagonists.

I am also schooled with a background of theatre performance and I currently volunteer at a local Campus Radio. My most popular voice would probably have to be my Vegeta (Chris Sabaat) impression, as I've used in many, many different projects, and everyone has told me it is spot on and unbelievable.

I do plan on joining the NGVAC, I'm just kind of worried that my stuff will get lost in an endless pile of others' and I won't be discovered.

I am kind of hoping this thread will take off in it's own regards. If not, then I'll just join the NGVAC sooner.

Oh, also, I have uploaded a voice demo of mine, but it's nearly 2 years old. I plan on making a newer one, which should hopefull display my talents better than that one does.

there are flash artists constantly making requests in the voice acting club, so if you see a request that interests you, you can offer your services to the flash artist. when you say that you want this thread to take off, do you mean that this could be a meeting place for voica actors? there are two voice acting clubs already, so maybe this one will not get noticed.

about your voice acting demo, if you want to get noticed, you should put multiple types of voices in your demo. it will show off your versatility. maybe you already know this, but i just wanted to make sure.

oh sorry, didn't notice it was in your sig. lol well, anyways, you should consider becoming e member of the voice acting club. i ask for voice actors there sometimes. maybe you could be a voice actor for my flash, although it'll take a while before i get started on it.

The NGVAC is more or less an excuse for a bunch of people interested in voice acting to gather together and form some sort of club. Getting jobs from a profile in the roster is usually a secondary concern, but like Twilight_Venom said, there are plenty of flash producers who post on the club thread looking for people so most of us get work that way. Being scouted through your profile on the roster is an absolute bonus when it happens. Feel free to join if and whenever you please, we're just a resource for fellow VAs to gather to!
