Hmm Tom leaves for the second greatest country on the earth only to Canada, my home the UK and suddenly the Pope dies, well I can tell you that the UK is a pretty damn small island and as far as I can see Tom isn't here, you do the logic....
In fact Tom has been missing every time the Pope got worse, check it out, (if you skip all the "too long" posts it really isnt that long just 3 important posts)

PSP is so0o awesome.
ive been enjoying twisted
metal on it, which is a somewhat
revamped version of the classic
twisted metal 2. though the battery
life does suck, 6 hours with a game,
3 hours with a movie, and about 8
for music. plus the standard memory
cards are only good for saving. though
it is only the beginning and the batteries
will probably become improved and the
price for better memory card space will
lower. especially since im broke after buying
it and a game. T-T

Haha... rampant fanboyism in this topic.

Sadly, people forget that you can't compare the two handhelds. They were designed for two entirely different groups of people, and were made to serve 2 entirely different purposes.

DS- for gamers, designed to revolutionize handheld gaming

PSP- for tech freaks/rich people, designed to make them money

Yes, the PSP has a craptastic battery life, but it also has better graphics and a bunch of other features to make the problem worse/distract you from it.

Overall, for extended gaming, which is what Tom would need in this situation, the DS is better, unless he wanted to carry around a couple spare battery packs with him everywhere, while praying the disc doesn't eject, causing a huge mid-air disaster.

Wow, Tom posts about flying to England and the thread ends up as an argument over the PSP and Nitendo DS, just because he happened to mention he'd won a few. Amazing Stuff.

Anyways, Have a nice time on good old England Tom, I hope to see you here ;)

If you are looking for a spare battery, I am sure the psp takes a standard 3.7v/3.6v nokia sized battery which are availalbe in most shops for about a fiver.

Flying back on April 8th? If you happen to be in the area of England called Kidderminster (30 minutes drive West of Birmingham) stop by and join in my Birthday party on April 7th. Me and most of the town are getting off our faces, to celebrate my 22nd year on the Earth.

well, it looks like someone hates psp :P
PSP takes the system power, control and
media categories while the nintendo DS
takes battery life, portability and load times
as advantages. so in theory, the nintendo
DS is a better portable system but the PSP
is the better all-around system. also, the
supposedly innovative 2nd screen hasnt
been put to creative use except for wario
ware. in most other games it serves as
a map...whop-dee-do-dah-day.
also, i like the lineup of games that
sony always has...the only thing going
for nintendo is metroid and zelda. the
rest is the same mario and pokemon
crap every year.

just shut up. psp are a classi peice thats made the same purpose as ds. made for making money and gaming on the go. psp is more money because its better in many ways and has a lot of better feathures. can a ds have mp3's(music) on it or movies or pictures and play games all in a nice SMALL package. i read all about the two so i know some things about ds and psp. varity=money. game=game. get my drift??

Come over to my house! You can meet my seep neighbours! It's in the middle of nowhere (W. Sussex)...and we can have tea, crumpets, do a spot of fencing, play some badminton. A Jolly good time :D
