I get that this is april fools but i just want to mention a few things. tho the middle aged women thing is a huge joke it is true that recently newgrounds has been doing things to make it appeal more and therefore get more money. what i dont get is it that u r basically suppressing the average day teenager-youngadult/whatever by making it so you can buy ur way onto the front page. also if u want ur image to improve then y do u consistently have links to porn and shit?

o well maybe the buy ur way in is a joke too bu if it isnt its cruel, sadistic, agnostic and not to mention fuckin stupid.

Although I thouroughly enjoy the Numa Numa stuff, i think changing the name to Nemagrounds is just wrong. Then name "Newgrounds" is classic. Changing it to Numagrounds would be like changing the NASCAR Winston Cup to the NASCAR Nextel Cup. (still pissed about that) It just wouldn't be right to change a classic name because of a funny video. I've seen funnier things and I dont think you should change the name to match those things either. Even if it was named Kung Fu Music Vidgrounds, I still wouldn't be happy. In conclusion: Newgrounds- yes. Numagrounds- No.

Eh? I love the Numa Numa Dance and I knew that it was extremely popular all over newgrounds but I kinda like the newgrounds symbol for the front page and "numagrounds?" I think "newgrounds" has a better ring to the site than "numagrounds."

But to tell you the truth I kinda think that the new look kinda suits "newgrounds."

I think this...Numagrounds....I dont know it just doesnt spark my attention like Newgrounds used to. I dont think your making a wise desicion on renaming the site but to just give the numa numa dance more recognision would be fine. But I guess you can do what you want but i just thought you might want some feedback on this issue.

wow, i can't say that i really agree with this choice. while i love Numa Numa dance, it just doesn't seem to fit. i am not here to bash gary or all the cool stuff that has happend because of this, i am saying that it just doesn't seem to go with the rest of the site. Numagrounds? it sounds like this is some kind of offical website for Numa Numa. i loved the term, "newgrounds" because it was something different; something i had never seen before. it was this community where style and substance and humor or stupidity and crudeness all meshed together on line. the tank, at least as how i felt, wasn't about being all militeristic or violent per se, but as a kind of rebellion; going again the norm, creating new and sometimes even amazing things and sharing them with all of us on here to see. now it is Numagrounds, i am a huge avocate of Gary and Numa Numa dance, but it feels a lot like a cope out. Newgrounds is so much better than to let itself take a stumble like this. Mr. Fulp, i hope this is a temporary thing....
