computer frezzes

if I open more that 1 window my computer usally freezes and sometimes when I click on a topic it freezes too and I try clicking on the internet explorer to re-open it after I shut it down and there is an hourglass for like 15 seconds then it goes away and nothing happens. any idea?

dat a bad windows, reinstall is the best way to fix ms problems.
