Pig Latin had a syntax that can still be used today, although to me it seems not pratical. They loved to use the -ay suffix ending, and I think the rule is that every word needs to start with a vowel sound, with some exceptions. You have to break them up starting the first constant sound, and put it at the end, or more exactly, in the middle of the -ay suffix ending. Meaning:
"Ewnay Oundsgray"
is
"New Grounds"
