Yeah, that does have a major EQ weakness eh? It's not such a big deal with Steelix (base 200 Def FTW) but Magnezone and Heatran are screwed again something like Dugtrio... I was thinking of trying to Baton Pass Agilities to Heatran and Magnezone from Gliscor though, a strategy I knicked from someone, I think it was either Flak or TheBlackDhaliaMurder...

That would be a nice strat, but you might want to consider a special wall of passing along some Amnesia's to take some special hits. Heatran with some agilities though sounds VERY nice...

can i join ? i have proof:

1) i bought pokemon diamond, pokemon ruby, pokemon dash, pokemon blue rescue team, and i am gonna buy pokemon battle revolution next month

2) i posted episode pictures to serebii.net ( best pokemon site) for 3 months

3)i have both darkrai and shaymin. ( land form) They are legendary poke and you can get them only form events!

4) i started pokemon when i was 3 years old.

And also, it will seem I won't be playing Platinum until the end of the year when the DSi comes out. I really shouldn't have given away my DS...

I'd say that you'de be able to teach it via TM, but nevertheless, if I'm gonna be Baton Passing it Agilities, then it's not really that much of an issue.

I actually assume if you hadn't signed up then I would have never joined this club and it would have slowly died down... ah well. It's not a bad club except it feels dead.

I have to wait until the DSi comes out before I pick that up. When I do get it though I'm going to try and build up my 'empire' again which consisted of all the dittos, abras, legends etc EVERYTHING

Anyone else make very odd teams because there bored and want to see if they will actually work? Working on an all Scyther/Scizor team. Why? because I can and I want to see how well I can get it to work.

Well, let's see. Weaknesses to Grass and Electric, strengths against none seeing as how it can't use any TMs and can't be Move Tutored, does nothing against Ghosts and barely anything to Rock and Steel, a useless move for 15 levels and only two (fairly weak) attacking moves...

Yeah I'm betting anyone would fail horribly with those factors going against them. Combine that with the fact that you can only use them and not their evolutions, and it's starting to sound impossible.

Well, I think after Platinum, the Pokemon series will probably be over. Cause, we don't want all the same Pokemon in a game with only a storyline to even it out! Anyway, I constantly forget to train up my Fire Red Team, but i've been doing some work in Emerald.

I highly doubt it. It's way too lucrative of a franchise, and I'm confident that Nintendo will continue to market Pokemon-branded games and merchandise. Of course, the games may take a different turn, perhaps sticking with the 493 current pokemon, maybe adding another 7 or 8, and just having different storylines. It will hardly make much of a difference, since most of the games are fairly similar in that respect anyway

If they will let out a new Pokemon game it would be either: A New Pokemon Generation OR Just another Pokemon game, where there'll be a Wi-Fi option, to upload new stories or something. It ould be genious in my opinion. New story every week or month.

Get it to level 20. To do this, either use an Exp Share, like MrSaint said, or do it the old fashioned way, chuck it out first and switch real quick.

Or if you're lazy, put it in th daycare and use a rare candy once it reaches lv 19.
