My two teams on Battle Rvolution. All are Lv. 100, and once I get Wi-fi, I will DESTROY.

This really fails. Hard. Way too many Ubers, and this is one of the many shortfalls of the Wifi on PBR. There are hardly and people out there who will use standard tier Pokemon, and as a result you always end up getting owned by some n00b with a team full of legends.

Actually, it really fucking fails because he's just trying to show off, its funny though; how he'd have no strategy or idea on what he's doing or how exactly to use the team.

If they're really a noob you should be able to outsmart them- use the Marriland Rattata technique.
Best. Move. Ever.

Gee, I wonder what my favorite Pokemon is. :-D

I'm still ticked that she's not a playable character in SSBB. The thought of seeing Gardevoir using Flash makes me tingly...in places.

It's still a bit difficult- especially when your Weavile comes up against a Groundon EV'd in Defence straight up- even a Swords Dance-boosted Ice Punch doesn't even knock off 1/2 off his health :(

Alright guys, well I finally finished levelling up my Porygon-Z. Thing is, I'm stumped as to what moves to teach it.
It's got the usual 252/252 EV spread in Special Attack/Speed, and I'm gonna give it a Choice Scarf for that extra boost.
I haven't any idea what moves to give it though-
So far it has:
Tri Attack
Signal Beam
Psybeam
Discharge

Fairly weak moves, so I need some suggestions.

Ice Beam is a must as well as psybeam, though with a choice scarf Hyper Beam would be a great option, hit really hard really fast is a viable strategy.
Energy Ball will give some great coverage and a Thunderbolt will also, consider a physic for tricky Gengar who want to FB you to take you out, they're likely to be running a Timid or with a choice scarf as its a popular option.
So:
Ice Beam Popular Dragon folk
Energy Ball/Thunderbolt/ Physic Coverage
Physic/Shadow Ball Coverage, needed
Hyper Beam/Tri-Attack MUST

For some confusion give it an iron ball and throw in Trick room over the EB/T/P line, since everyone vies for speed it'll give you an awesome advantage at the start; though the speed EVs would be wasted unlike my old Quiet 31 IV in Sp. Atk Porygon.

Fairly weak moves, so I need some suggestions.

Read above.

Here's the video. It's near the very end of the video, but the whole match is worth watching.

Or, if you're too impatient to watch through it, the Rattata technique uses a (low-leveled for better results?) Rattata that knows Quick Attack and Endeavor and is holding a Focus Sash/Focus Band.

On the first turn, use Endeavor. When the opponent attacks you, the Focus Sash/Band should leave you with 1 HP left. Since Rattata should have a lower Speed rating than the opponent, Endeavor will hit after the opponent's attack, leaving the opponent with 1 HP (Endeavor basically makes your opponent's HP the same as your Pokemon's). On the next turn, use Quick Attack. Unless the other person also used a Quick Attack/similar move or Protect/similar move, Rattata should strike first. Seeing as they only have 1 HP left, Quick Attack will knock the opposing Pokemon out.

WARNING! SPOILERS! WARNING SPILERS! MAJOR SPOILERS IN THIS POST!

Okay, so the first Extra Mission ill do is "Dialga in Hia Valley!?". Unfortunately, in Extra Missions, the Pokemon starring in the mission cannot be brought over to Diamond/Pearl. So, I guess its time to get started. Also, ill be listing what the characters say in italics. What i say in between the text will be in *s and NOT in italics. Kay, let's REALLY get started!

MISSION BEGIN

Okay, so your younger sister (or brother... I honestly have no clue if its a brother if you play as a girl.)
wakes you up. Little Sis: "Big Brother, its morning! ...Big Brother? Wake up! Um, Big Brother, It's morning already! " (lol. by the way, im the boy player in this game. roflmao.) Little Sis: It's noon already! It's night already! Morning morning morning... Nooon night Dia mumble muble here is lga... *Huh? ...Dia...lga? ...* Little Sis: "Huh?!" Okay, then... Alright. We wake up go outside and... OMG POLICE GUY YOURLLNEVAHGETMEZALIVECOPPER!... Oh wait... hes just a Property Manager... heh heh... Property Manager: Hey, now! How did you get in there? Didn't you see that sign? *No, actually, I didn't.* Property Manager: This house has been sold to a nice family. They're moving in soon. *Oh crap... Okay, you know what? This post is gonna get longer than it has to be if i keep on doing this. Ill just tell ya whats going on.* Okay, now he just says i shouldn't be in MY house. Okay.. I guess I'll go look for my parents and see what's up... Hey... Who's that creepy guy talking to Ollie? (Ollie is a character in the game you meet after the Mission "Vien Forest Fire". Also, I'm just gonna talk between *s now... this is hard... mama mia.) *Huh? Why is he calling Ollie a "strapping young lad"? WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN?! He loooks perfect for a job the Creep Guy has? I don't like this... Oh? Its an easy job? Too bad im already a ranger. AND YOU DON'T EVEN GET PAID. You just get a rank up and an upgrade for clearing Quests...* (okay, i made up my mind. NO MORE *S. GOD IM TOTALLY INSANE TODAY!) He only has to go and fuel up some machines? And... wait... The guys telling Ollie that its "Just between you and me." This isn't right... And the pay is an equivalent of what an average Altru Inc. employee makes? SWEET MAMA FROM OAKLAHOMMA THAT'S A LOT OF CASH! And, of course Ollie is excited... Oh? The job entails lots of travel? Well, that sucks for him. He won't be going home very often? That kinda sucks too. Oh? heres Wendy. (A Staraptor Trainer who works for the Ranger Union, and a Top Ranger.) Huh? I have to go to Almia Castle? (A big castle made of ice at the North-West part of Almia.) Yeah, my family's gone. So what?
WHAT! WE'VE BEEN SENT BACK IN TIME?! GOOD GOD THIS IS HORRIBLE... Wait... I still have my Wii! YES! I HAVE BRAWL WHEN NOONE OTHER THAN ME HAS A WII! Wait.. this is a time before my family moved into Chicole Village? (the place i am now... And where my family's house is...) Hang on... Wasn't there something that happens if you meet up with yourself in the past or future? What was it called? Flarasmox? Daralox? Oh right! A paradox! Wait.. I don't remember? REMEMBER WHAT! Wendy and i went to Almia Castle to take a Dialga into protection? But i thought Dialga was just a legend! And that i were only to be found in the region of Shinnoh! We located it deep in the Castle... and found out it was injured? WOW! FLASHBACK! (Now im just speaking in the past, or future... or when this happened...Now the scene changes to Almia Castle, when i can see the Dialga, and are preparing to catch it. Also, I had already tried to catch it, but failed.) Yes, i know that Dialga is still a legendary Pokemon, even though it's hurt. OH YEAH, ITS TOTALLY GOING TO LET US CATCH IT WITHOUT PUTTING UP A FIGHT! I KNOW IT'LL BE REALLY HARD! God, Wendy! GET A BRAIN! Yeah... alright. i'll try catching it again... WOAH AN EARTHQUAKE! IS DIALGA DOING THIS!? HUH!? WAIT! I KNOW THIS! ITS THE ROAR OF TIME- (and, the scene switches back to Chicole Village.) Okay, let's go back to the Castle. Huh? I lost my Styler? Well, thanks for giving it back... *Got the Vatonage Styler!* Okay, I'm at the Castle. and its time to find Dialga! (about 2 minutes of text i skipped thru. During the time while i was looking for Dialga, i caught some Pokemon to help me. You're VERY limitd to where you can go, since you're practically right next to the room where dialga is, except theres a Target that needs to be cleared. Anyway, the Pokemon i will use to help me catch Dialga are Mismagius, Raichu, two Haunter, a Weavile, Wigglytuff, Swinub and my current Partner, Machop. Also, you must use Mismagius to clear the Target, a Sealed Door. After you use Mismagius, GO RECAPTURE IT. EVERY ASSIST COUNTS. There are also two Vulpix available for capture, and you need the two Vulpix to get to Mismagius. Also sorry im epic failing with this. ROFL.) Okay, apparently this game loves proving me wrong! There are also Piloswine, Glalie, (MUCH more usefull than Swinub for Dialga.) Walrein, (also quite usefull, i got rid of the Haunters.) Riolu, Weavile, Houndoom, whos Field Move you use to melt a block of ice blocking the entrance to another room, there is also another Rainchu in the new room from the Sealed Door, and after you melt the ice, there is a Raichu and Ninetails. The best team for taking on Dilga would probably be made up of two Glalie or Walrein, and an extra one of either, (it doesn't matter if you use Glalie or Walrein, since they both have the same type of Poke-Assist, with the power and time-limit.)
the three Raichu, and Ninetails. your partner being a Pokemon that is strong against either Dragon or Steel is good, too. So, its just about time to take down Dialga. Now, before you get to Dialga's room, you'll notice a HUGE ice thing that only Ninetails can melt. So, melt the ice, recapture Ninetails, and get into the zone. So, we finally get back to Dialga. When you him, he's standing next to a HUGE rift between Time and Space. Now, Wendy says that if Dialga suffers enough, its liable to use its Roar of Time. Then, you'd get sent back in time, and have to start over from Chicole village. DON'T LET THAT HAPPEN! You have to catch Dialga in UNDER A MINUTE. LET'S TAKE HIM DOWN! Now, Dialga is a boss with A LOT of health, so Poke-Assists are a must. MAKE SURE YOUR PARTNER CAN USE ITS ASSIST BEFORE YOU START THE BATTLE. Now, i finished the fight pretty quickly, so i didn't get to see most of Dialga's attacks. I also did not see how much damage they cause. CAUSE I DIDN'T GET HIT. Anyway, this battle is ALL ablout the Ice assist. Keep flicking those snowballs at Dialga as fast as you can. Because, Dialga will be stopped, and won't be able to attack. and keep tossing snowballs at him till they don't do any more damage to him. Then, just loop Dialga once, and you win. After you catch Dialga, Wendy heals it, and it goes into the rift. Then, mission clear.

I probably won't do this for the other mission, cause it took a LONG time. ROFLMAO ROFLMAO ROFLMAO!

Lol well you really are good at battling and thinking up strategies. I probably play against the CPU to much to develop good ones since its overall strategy is attack and be gay with evasion moves >:(

Also, I'm training up a Latios for the battle tower, and this is the moveset I have at the moment, for a special sweeper:
LATIOS/Carnage @ Soul Dew
Psychic
Dragon Pulse
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam

Is that good for a special sweeper, or do you have any other suggestions that might improve it?

Yeah, remember my awesome Gengar's Thunderbolt when you switched and I killed your Togekiss? That made me laugh :x

That's actually quite nice though Roost, Grass Knot, Shadow Ball or Surf would be good.
I would suggest replace Thunderbolt but its necessary for bulky water types which you don't have an advantage on.
Since they're mainly heavy though (wailord, gayrados) take out Thunderbolt and put in Grass Knot since Ice Beam hits most flying types (gyrados should be able to be taken down since Latios is powerful and his special defense is shit).
You could try Energy Ball as well though it might not hit them as hard.
Also, remember that Chanseys and Cressilia show up like fuck in the 50s and up, becoming more frequent.
About 7 times I had to out PP them because they built up too great a wall.

You took me by surprise when you used Shadow Ball on Forretress, which is why I switched, assuming you weren't running thunderbolt.

That's actually quite nice though Roost, Grass Knot, Shadow Ball or Surf would be good.

Well I'm not running Roost since Recover is a better option. But my Latios has horrid defences, so I'm going all-out attacking.

Good points, though I don't like using Grass Knot due to the weight thing. I had the bolt-beam combo since it covers pretty much every type combo for at least neutral damage, and the other two were there for STAB. And I hate Blisseys and Cresselias... f**king double team + Softboiled/recover.

I didn't know you were schizophrenic...

Ah..yeah anyway. Would have been more active... but I only just got a DS and D/P this Christmas. So yeah couldn't really speak much and even now going to be behind everyone else in terms of knowledge =/

Not actually playing through it in a massive run, only starting to head to Acuity Lakefront in the 'storyline' but enjoying myself.

Been a while and not much to discuss so I might as well start something up, ever notice in the first pokemon generation on the anime, Ash only earned half of the badges? Imagine what would happen if the sprinklers hadn't gone off in the Pewter gym.

Doesn't he get half of his badges by battling, and the other half from doing some random deed that amazes the gym leader?

Also, that sprinkler thing was pretty lame. I'm thinking it was just so you get the "Main character is unbeatable and can overcome any obstacle" sort of feeling. But after watching that episode, I actually went and tried to use Thundershock on an Onix, thinking it would work. Eh, naivete of youth.

That's for sure, definitely a case of TL;DR, or even TBW;DR (Too Badly Written...never mind)...

Sounds about right, you still looking to get Platinum or not?

And yeah, new guy, you can join, just don't go nuts with the fusions... I don't know about everyone else, but I'm not a huge fan of them.

Pokemon fusions are fucking gay.

Also in Saffron, Ash would've went 0-3 vs. Sabrina as well

In Celadon, Pikachu would've lost to Gloom's special fart attack had Team Rocket hadn't interfere

In other note, Pidgeotto wasn't weak

Ash's a terrible stragetist, honestly who would send him against geodude? Don't get me started on the time when he told him to use whirlwind against Venomoth's stun spore when he should've use gust.

If he's the offensive coordinator in NFL, he'd made Kevin Gilbride look like a genius.

The only time he didn't use Pikachu in a battle is against Gary in one tournament battle.

He'd use Pikachu against Cell if given a chance.
