If you laugh yourself to death then how are you typing? No, RAB is great but TSI reminds me so much of the cartoons I grew up on. Those cute ones that had a overal sweetness to them.

also, there she is has better animation and music
and, sum people dont like the kind of stuff in RAB (eg. boobies, swearing, violence, etc.)
most people like to just sit back, relax, listen to some nice music and watch a cute little cartoon.

I watch there she is over and over and enjoy it every time. Everything just flows perfectly, and look at those character models! That's what they teach you in animation school- keep the characters simple but animated perfectly. Personally I still like the first one better, but the sequel is amazing too. It's all about the effort they put in, and you can sure tell a whole lot of effort went into those!

People like things that look as good as that, even if they aren't that funny, or cute, or whatever. Look at the Fallen Angel Teaser. It's been up there a loooong time because it's beautifully done.
