Hey, I got a site the supports php and perl. Can anyone please make me a portal for free if so email me at looploop13@yahoo.com or IM me on aim at Nada1240 thanks alot!

Go fucking learn PERL yourself. I'm not going to waste my time and effort slaving over a portal for some washout site with hardly any traffic. Go away and either come back with some knowledge, or some money.

Hah! Your site does not have PHP or Perl. I don't think you should be wasting your time learning such a difficult language. First of all to make a portal, You need more then PHP, You need MySQL databases to store the account info, movie info, experience points, etc.

Did not ask for perl and it does get alot of hits!
