(Shotown 32 hours straight Aladin for sega megadrive)
And i was only 7 at the time, lightweights =O)
On game about 13 hours on GTA San
On Net about 26 hours working my arse off on a website :)
Got paid nice amount from it though:)
Oh mighty gamers, I am unworthy.
The longest I've ever played a game straight (from what I can remember) was probably playing NRL with a friend. It was I think only about 3-4 hours. Time flies when you're playing sports games...
Nowadays I'm playing Kingdom Hearts, and I spent about 2 hours on it yesterday, and I felt like crap afterwards. I am so weak....
Another friend told me he played Warcraft III at an internet cafe for 5 hours, and his legs felt all rubbery afterwards.
day of defeat, 10 hours.
Counrerstrike, 9 hours
Funny thing, it was at my friends house too.
Like 27 hours straight. It was the Metal Gear Solid for the regular Playstation.
I know the game isn't that hard or long, but it is a long story. So here goes:
I first of all didn't have a memory card. It was storming and I got up until meeting the girl (I forgot her name) and then the damn power went out.
That didn't break my stride, so I started over and got to the same place. Then I got stuck trying to beat Psycho Mantis. Now, I didn't have the internet to get strategy and I know eventually Campbell tells you to switch out the controller ports, but he wouldn't say it for like 45 minutes. So I was just running around wasting ammo and dying.
Also I rented the game, so of course they didn't give me a booklet or anything. On one part they tell you to retrieve this number off the back of the booklet or game to use a number on the codec. Having nothing, I had to just go through every damn number on the damn codec. What a pain in the ass.
Then, somewhere in the game you had to back track and look for something. I got lost or something. It took for-fucking-ever.
Then I kept getting killed by trying to repel and the helicopter after you thing. I might be out of order, so please forgive me hardcore fans. I was in the seventh grade then. I also got my ass kicked by that ninja.
The part I spent the longest on though, sadly was the part where after you hold out or submit you are in that cell. First I didn't know what to do with the damn ketchup and then when it didn't work, I had to wait for that ninja to come by. I think I got a messed up game, cause again it took like 50 minutes. I thought the game was just made to make you wait out things realistically.
Now, no I'm not a hardcore fan that just sat down and kept playing. I actually wanted to go to sleep. But I had rented it, didn't have a memory card, and the power kept going out, so I wanted to get as far as possible. I beat the game in that timespan and afterwards slept the entire next day (it was summer break). I didn't play it again until like 2 days later when it had to go back.
Played GTA 3 for about 8-10 hours straight. Yeah it's sad, but I didn't have a memory card and I had to keep re-playing the entire first island, so I wanted to get farther that time. Jeeze, I played the first island so much I could finish the entire thing in like 30 min.
well...non-stop 12 hours and 100+ just finishing the game...I enjoyed ff7 a little too much.
I have played GTA Vice City for 12 hours once.... finished the game 3 times then.
damn, it''s short
San Andreas 500+ hours. It says so on my stats. 526 hours.
Non-stop: 15 + hours San Andreas.
A 30 hour match of Age Of Empires, I'm going to purchase that game again since I lost the CD.

But total playing of a game? Well, if you've played Morrowind you know it's a bloody long period of time... maybe well over a hundred hours and I'm still playing it.
Morrowind is about 360 hors long man. That's fucking nuts! Can you imagine a walkthrough for that?lol. that would take like 2 years to make a walkthrough for it lol.

Two words; Holy Shit
That's the worst I've ever heard. As for HL mods, I've only really played The Specialists. Usually a couple of hours, everyday, for the past couple of years. Before that I was playing the mod Desert Crisis, it has been disbanded with only 2 servers today. Which is a sad thing because it was a better mod.
something like 12 hours straight on GTA3, overall about 72 hours on final fantasy tactics advance
sonic and knuckles sega mega drive game is BOOSH MAGANYAAAAA but i think almost 2 days without sleeping gave me the biggist headache ever
i played GTA:San Andreas for 16 hours stright with only a bathroom and a lot of Cherry Coke
